Each print is made to order and all sales are final. Because of this, we cannot accept any returns. If you feel that you are entitled to a refund, please see below.
We can offer full or partial refunds for customers if packages arrived damaged or if a wrong product was sent out. We will also offer refunds for any packages that might get lost in transit, which is clear by the tracking.
If this is the case, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also cannot not offer refunds for anything that is over 2 months old, after it's been received by the customer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or the wrong item, send us an email at email@example.com
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
