Each print is made to order and all sales are final. Because of this, we cannot accept any returns. If you feel that you are entitled to a refund, please see below.
We can offer full or partial refunds for customers if packages arrived damaged or if a wrong product was sent out. We will also offer refunds for any packages that might get lost in transit, which is clear by the tracking. If this is the case, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also cannot not offer refunds for anything that it is over 2 months old, after it's been received by the customer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or the wrong item, send us an email at email@example.com
If you fail to pick up your order from a post office or are away on vacation, etc, and the package is returned to sender, we are not responsible for this and can not issue a refund. Our packages are sent internationally and shipping is very expensive. We issue tracking numbers and provide the tracking log on your order page. This is your responsibility to check it and make sure it is claimed. We can remake and resend at an additional cost.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
